Anton Shyshkin
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

  • Anton Shyshkin’s career began in 1986 soon after completing studies at the Physics Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Mr. Shyshkin is a co-founder of Ukrzernoprom Agro and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of both CJSV Ukrzernoprom and Ukrzernoprom Agro. Mr. Shyshkin has made noticeable contributions to the progress of the agro-industrial complex and processing industry of Ukraine. He was awarded two state honors of Ukraine “For [his] Services” (grades III and II) to fruitful and productive work, which made a significant contribution to agricultural processes and productivity in Ukraine. For his services and charitable work with the Orthodox Church, Mr. Shyshkin was awarded the Order of Prince Volodymyr (grade III) and the Order of Saint Illya Muromets. Mr. Shyshkin was also awarded a Certificate of the Verkhovna Rada “For Services to the Ukrainian People”.

Andrey Visnjevsky, Independent member of the Supervisory Board

  • Andrey Visnjevsky graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University having received a Master’s Degree in 1985. From 1986 to 1988, Andrey undertook postgraduate studies in International Private Law at the above-mentioned University. Andrey advises on international deals and contracts, in corporate, financial, property, and land law, as well as on taxation, international investments, and in oil and gas industry law. He started his professional career as Deputy Chairman of the Department of Foreign Economy when he consulted for the Chamber of Trade and Commerce of Ukraine (1988-1991). He then worked as Legal Advisor to the Minister of Privatization of Ukraine (1991-1992), and at the same time as Deputy Director of PROXEN law firm (1991-1997).

  • From 2004 to 2007 Andrey was a member of the Supervisory Board of Inguletskiy JSC Iron-Ore Mining Kombinat. From 1997 up to the present day, he has been a partner of the Sergiy Koziakov and Partners law firm and currently holds the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Metinvest B.V. (Rotterdam)

  • Current: Senior Partner with Engarde Attorneys-at-Law (Ukraine)

     


 


Vladimir Bernshtein, Independent member of the Supervisory Board

  • Vladimir Bernshtein is a professional investor possessing a foreign education and vast work experience in both Russia and the USA. After graduating from the Wharton business school, he worked as a consultant in Bain & Company in Boston (1993-1996). During this time, Vladimir successfully performed 12 projects in teams of strategic development for large American companies. After receiving an MBA from Stanford Business School, Vladimir helped create the Californian start-up AllAdvantage.com as a Business Development Director (1999-2001). Vladimir established the company’s office in New-York, and developed a sales network in the eastern part of the US.

  • In 2001, Vladimir returned to Russia and became a Strategic and Investment Director for Alfa-Group and a Member of the Board of Directors of the companies of the Group. Taking this position, Vladimir Bernshtein improved the effectiveness of the Board of Directors’ activities by involving independent directors and by creating audit, strategic and compensation committees. Vladimir Bernshtein expanded investment planning for Alfa-Group by specifying criteria for planning and approving investment projects, and evaluating and assessing their results.

  • In 2003, Vladimir became a partner of the Russian Technology venture fund established by Alfa-Group. Within the Fund, he organized six investment deals and served on the Boards of Directors of those companies. As a Fund partner, Vladimir ensured dynamic growth of his portfolio companies, performed successful exit strategies from two deals and attracted investors for the next round of portfolio companies.

Olexander Derkach,
Independent member of the Supervisory Board

  • After becoming a construction engineer at the Kiev Road and Transport Institute, from 1981 Olexander Derkach worked in the Young Communist League (Komsomol). In 1992, he was the First Secretary of the Kiev Komsomol or Young Communist League.

  • Since 1992, Mr. Derkach has worked at the Aval commercial bank as Deputy Chairman of the Board. Soon afterwards, in 1998 he became the Chairman of the Board.

  • In 1996, Olexander entered Kiev State Economical University and became a qualified economist specializing in Finance and Credit. Six years afterwards (in 2002), he obtained a PhD in Economics specializing in Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing.

  • Since 2005, Olexander has chaired the Board of Directors of OJSC Prestige Group and since 2007, Member of the Supervisory Board of OJSC Erste Bank (formerly OJSC Prestige Bank). Currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC Milk Alliance

Kirill Sintsov
Chairman of the Management Board

  • After graduating from the Physical Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1990, Mr. Sintsov was employed at the USSR Academy of Science until 1996.

  • From 1996 to 1998, he was CEO at Ukrpetroleum Ltd.

  • From 1998 to 2001, he worked as Chief Executive Officer of CSC Sintez-Ukraine.

  • Mr. Sintsov is one of the founders of CJSC Ukrzernoprom and since 2001 he has been the Director of MCB Agricole Holding AG and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CJSC Ukrzernoprom.


     

   
   


Milan Cermoch

  • From 1986-1991, Milan studied at the Electro-technical department of Czech Technical University.

  • In 1995, he worked as an independent consultant in accounting and taxation.

  • In 1997, Milan founded the Molly Ltd. accounting firm and has been director of the firm since its inception.

  • Since 2005, he has been Financial Director of Y-Soft Ltd



     

 

   


Mikhail Golubitsky

  • Mikhail Golubitsky graduated from the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers in 1979 (Department of Automation and Computer Science). He then worked in management development and navigation in the aviation industry until 1990.

  • In 1998-2001, Mikhail held the position of Commercial Director of the Ukrpetroleum group of companies (petroleum refining, oil products sales, construction and development of gas station networks etc.).

  • Mr. Mikhail Golubitsky was also a co-founder of CJSC Ukrzernoprom. Mikhail Golubitsky has been company CFO since 2002.

Eugene Leng, CEO

  • Mr. Eugene Leng is the Chief Executive Officer of Ukrzernoprom Agro, having started as one of the Сompany’s founding shareholders in 2001. Prior to that, Leng owned and managed various businesses, including oil product distribution, banking, machinery supply and other businesses

  • Mr. Leng has work experience throughout the world, including Central Europe, the Middle East (Bahrain), the Russian Federation, and South East Asia. Prior to beginning his business career in 1989, Leng was a reporter and editor for a Russian news agency while based in both Moscow and Saigon.

  • After obtaining his Master’s degree in Oriental Studies from Moscow University (1982), Mr. Leng received his second Master’s degree in International Finance and Business from Columbia University in New York, NY (1998)

  • Mr. Leng was also awarded a certificate specializing in economies in transition from the Harriman Institute at Columbia University, which is the oldest US academic center devoted to the study of the Soviet Union and post-communist states.

  • He is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

  • For his merits and charitable work for the Orthodox Church, Mr. Leng was awarded the Order of Prince Volodymyr (III degree) and the Order of Saint Illya Muromets

  • President Victor Yushchenko awarded to Mr.Leng the rank of “Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine”
     

 

   


Fyodor Vlad, COO

  • Fyodor Vlad graduated with honors from Odessa Agricultural Institute, Department of Agrarian Science and from the Odesa Regional School of the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

  • Fyodor Vlad worked in the agricultural industry for 18 years including 15 years as a manager: director of the Borodinskoye State Farm (Odessa Region), director of Berezinskiy Elevator, the Head of the Management Board of Pererobnyk (the city of Krivoy Rog).

  • Mr. Vlad was elected twice to the Odesa Regional Council; in 2005 he accepted the position of Regional Council Speaker.

  • Beginning in 2006 Fyodor Vlad worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and held the position of First Deputy of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, responsible for all the financial and economical operations of the ministry as well as for supply.
     

  

   


Victor Esypenko
Chief Agronomist

  • In 1995, Victor entered Kharkov State Agrarian University where he successfully studied Agrarian Chemistry and Soils. In 1996, he continued studies in Accounting and Audit in Agriculture at the same University..

  • His career started in 1996 at the Shlyakh Zhovtnya agrarian enterprise as an Agronomist. In 1998 he was promoted to Chief Accountant, and later in 1999 he was elected to be the Head of the Management Board..

  • Starting in 2002 Victor worked in several Ukrzernoprom subsidiaries (Ukrzernoprom Polissya LLC and SE Zernyatko) as an accountant and economist until 2005..

  • Since 2005, he has been the Chief Agronomist at Ukrzernoprom.
